Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s delivery progress.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HushPaws is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.

Delayed or Lost Packages
